Tonight, we're having some lobster tails and a garlic and tortellini soup, but first, as an appetizer with our champagne, we're having a little tip of the hat to Nessy ... CRABBIES!!! I made my own take on them tonight. Here they are ... I didn't like the canned crab available here, so I steamed a king crab leg and chunked up the meat. I used butter, cheese, mayo and garlic - but I added some Old Bay seasoning and a squeeze of lemon juice and garnished with a tiny bit of dill. We had a toast to you, Nessy! What's on your table tonight? I hope you're all warm and safe and enjoying a nice supper!

You must have some will power, to be able to open up a king crab leg, then make crab cakes. Looks mighty tasty. We had some homemade beef and barley soup, along with a pile of 10 count shrimpies. Now I'm full as a tick!

Very Nice Patrice !! It's great to share recipes....and thanks for the shout out. They are probably not on the healthy list...but they sure taste good. Quick and easy to whip up too.

Thanks, Bruce! That sounds yummy! Love a pot pie! Thank you, Moosey! Pizza is always good by me, but if you could have driven a little further, we could have filled you up here! A fantastic classic, Jags! A favorite of mine since I was a little kid. Thank you, Sharon! I hope he is! That's cool, Elktrack! I'd love the extra garlic too! Thanks! HA! Thank you, Hrdtoflw! Now, tell me about those 10 count shrimpies! Those are some fat boys! Aaaah, Nessy! And thank you for the great idea!

As always it looks delicious! We had backstrap fajidoes. Yes I spelled that right.
