Good carbohydrates may be better than fat. Oatmeal, whole grains and sweet potatoes would top that list. I wonder how cooked sweet potatoes would dehydrate?

Bingo
With 2 exceptions: oatmeal raisin cookies or no back chocolate cookies

One of my favorite meals is dehydrated beans and minute rice. Put it in a bag throw some cheese and taco seasoning on top. When you want to eat pour into a bowl with some hot water. IMO better than Mtn. House.

And Oats are the best. I will eat them raw, but they are better with other things. I love having bread while hunting so I will often bring in a few cups of flour, and other things, and make some bannock. Maybe throw some oats in too. Good stuff.

I would much rather let the coconut oil "melt in my mouth" than have that "just bit into a rotten candle" felling for the rest of the day. I have an almost solid Paleo diet and am far from a Yuppie mad cool
