Lol. I just noticed that. I didn’t zoom in and look st the stock, I’m on my phone so couldn’t see it. I’d still shoot it if it was given to me.

Wonder if they would make it in lever action? They used to. it was the 96/22M, Buds guns or some other outfit might have one.

The stock is differently unique. Don't know if that is a good thing or bad thing. Time will tell.

When ruger came out with the lever action 96/44 I bought one brand new on sale for $275. A little while later I picked up a 96/22 mag with a leupold 2-7 for $375. Looking at gunbroker and armslist now looks like they were a real good investment. When ruger came out with the lever action 96/44 I bought one brand new on sale for $275. I would love to have one, always wanted one too

Someone was asking abt the 22 mag, several said Ruger didn't make them anymore. I didn't know how to post it,but learned how. Hope this helps the guy that was asking abt the gun.. Thought they (and about everyone else) was talking about the 1022 mag. Not the bolt.

After all of this I still don't see where Ruger is CURRENTLY making the .22 Magnum in SEMI AUTOMATIC. I own a 10/.22 magnum Ruger so I know they USED to produce that model. I am not a nay sayer....I am just curious to see one as someone posted that they are a NEW model....lets see one, please.

I thought so too,I misunderstood the OP when I posted that, I can prove Ruger Firearms doesn't make them anymore, lol Supply and demand, something not made anymore can fetch a premium, priced a German made K98 lately, used to see them under a hundred. Probably aging myself a little but it wasn't that long ago.lol
