So I normally sell to B&B out of Linn Missouri every year but I’ve called them three times now and haven’t got an answer or a call back my buddy said he heard they weren’t buying this year so I was wondering who you all should to locally? I’m about 45 mins west of St.Louis in a little town called St.Clair. Thanks your your help

The owner of B&B, Chuck Boeckes (SP?), he passed away this last year. I know his son always worked with Chuck at the business but no idea what there future plans are. If no one is answering you I would guess not good.

THe only other ones I know of is Doren Miller in Clarksville MO and Derrick Petermen in Weaubleau Missouri. I have also heard that Groenwold is coming through near moberly at some point too, so you might check their website.

I will not have my fur ready in time for Groeny, but I have sold to Miller Fur in the past with good results. Doren is a former president of the missouri trappers association and a very fair buyer, that is most likely where my fur will end up

Fur buyers in Missouri are an endangered species. It’s a shame.

The Missouri Trapper Assoc fur auction will be in Montgomery City on February 17th. There wlll be several buyers there. Look on our website for details on how to sell there.

Groenewold is coming through Macon, Kinda far for you, but one of few options other then sending yourself .. The Amish arent buying anymore , kinda scarce on fur buyers now in North Mo.

There's always nafa too, but it really stinks losing all control of your fur once it's gone
