Made this from repurposed junk.22 x 64 Three Fingers suggested that it be no wider that your web tracks and I am glad that I followed his lead. Just a blue barrel . Sides are some free lodgepole scrap from the sawmill that are 1/2 inch thick ,I used some old 1/2 pipe to form the plastic curve and make the rest of it straight. The main job for it now is moving loose hay to feed horses on a clean dry spot . I weighted sled on my hay scale and it is 28 # .Might use it for fishing and of course firewood and a bit of spring rat and beaver ,my dog will pull it.No engineering marvel or craftsmanship but handy and it will probably out live me . Hope the pictures come through.

You can ride a fast horse slow but you can't ride a slow horse fast .

I really like that. I’ve been contemplating the construction of a “dead sled” to haul carcasses. That looks like just the ticket. Lots and lots of other uses as well. I may try it with a curve on both ends so you can pull/ dump from either end.

Thanks!
