If it were up to me opiate dealers would get the three strike rule if they were not directly involved in murdering a innocent sole, first offense 5 years second offense 10 years third death aired on pay per view or help offset the costs.

There are two reasons why people sell drugs. They can't get a regular job and they make a lot of money with out working very hard. A third reason might be to support their own habbit.

It is hard to believe that we can't put our military and its resources to work and put a stop to drug suppliers.

Man, the 70% of Americans that work in criminal justice/law enforcement would be on welfare/unemployment comp and we would cry about that.

Killing dealers would possibly create more jobs in the justice realm. Almost certainly increse the profit margins for the dealers that don't get killed/caught.

I seen a documentary where a drug dealers was talking about the potency of uncut heroin. He was showing how they cut it to increase profit. He said that an overdose from your product is good for business because the user knows your stuff is powerful enough to kill. I see no problems with a guy like that getting the death penalty. The old hippy selling a couple grams of weed a day to his or her hippy buddies just to pay for a couple grams for his own use isnt in the same boat as the first guy. Documentay is called "DOPE" its on netflix.
