I still don't see how any thinking person, who has used Facebook, is surprised that Facebook was collecting information on them. Facebook disclaimers and use agreements were and are very explicit that they are.

When suckerburg was in front of congress he admitted he collected info from non users as well. Says it only to keep track of malicious people and not to worry they are looking out for us.
