I bought the small cement mixer from Harbor Freight. If you will do this yearly it is a small investment. Use a 20% coupon(you can google one on your phone ) and you can show the cashier. $169.99 - 20% = $135.99. Once in a while you can get a 25% coupon. This is the small mixer and works well. I use black diamond blasting media.

Well they do make a commercial wax stripper they use on floors to remove wax. But I don't know If It would work on traps. But I know one thing for Shure I'm not going out and buying a cement mixer to do It. LOL

Well for the most part If you make any catches most of the wax will be gone. Then just power wash dry and re wax.

What kind of traps are we talking about and what are you going to use them for?

I take mine to the local co-op and use their hot water power washer to get the wax off. Helps to have friends in low places.
