almost brand new,son adjusts the carb screws and it runs fine for 15 min then they back off again and it quits.any tips??locktite??

Buy a new carb from amazon for 15 dollars. Comes with new lines, grommet for gas tank, primer bulb, air filter and spark plug. I bought one, had similar issues. Purrs like a kitty now.

Fingernail polish also makes a great alternative for locktite.

I have one of them tillers. When it gets hot, after I abuse it, it just doesn't want to stay powered up. California carb on it, I think.

Got to keep the grass, vines, and string off of the tine shafts. Causes resistance, heat, and strain. Will wear out the small engines in a hurry. I owned two Honda 4 stoke mini tillers on halves with a friend. He never cleaned the axles and burned up both in a season each. Got my own tiller now, a Chines Earthquake. More engine and more power.

My Dad's neighbor has an Earthquake and says it is a really good machine. I have a Stihl and it is a really good outfit. I have used it hard for 6 years and besides routine stuff only had to replace a fuel line.

i believe the fingernail polish has done the trick.ran good for an hour,we will see i guess.thanx guy's.

man,ive been ready to helicopter that thing for 2 months and 2 little drops of nail polish and no problems after 2.5 hrs.whoda thunkit.
