Most likely the lives of the prosecutors and judge have been threatened. Not surprised, we even have a Tman member here defending them.
Life ain't supposed to be easy.

Who's kids were they? Were the adults at the camp their parents?

The kids were kidnapped, but custody of the kidnapped kids was turned back over to their kidnappers because it is politically incorrect to separate kids from the kidnappers.(don't want the kids suffering from Stockholm syndrome)

Now it is starting to make sense as to why she released them. She is a California native and was a judge in San Francisco before moving to Taos in the 90's. Yep, she was already infected with the librot!

They were living in a hole in the ground with no food or water-who paid their bail? Dad Read the back story on this guy, his dad, and their connections! No joke! With the connections these guys had. I'd say some of that money Obama shipped out in the middle of the night was used!

I don't defend the people at all, I defend the Constitutional principle of Due process, so many of you would throw the Constitution out. The laws set out criteria that must be met before killing of criminals can be legal. The Judges can only work within this framework with what the Prosecutors give them, the Prosecutors rely on the police/sheriffs/FBI for convincing information to use in arguing a case; it is all a formula to protect you when you are falsely accused. What happens when the cops screw up evidence and the prosecutors don't make good arguments is O.J. walks; that is our system. If you all are sure that you don't want that nasty old Constitution any longer, I'll bet Barry O will help you work out how to dismantle it. But, then you could no longer spout about the second amendment. Until we do scrap the Constitution, we should live by it.
In some jurisdictions the release of certain types of bad guys is meant to insure the citizens have an opportunity for Vigilante justice, like the guy that "suicided" by "throwing himself" in front of a freight train or the date rapist that "hung himself" while out on bail a few years ago. But I doubt that is the case in this instance. Who in NM would wear a hood? No Bail should not have been set! Period!

But I doubt that is the case in this instance. Who in NM would wear a hood? Agreed. I don't like it. But once you start down the slippery slope of picking and choosing who gets due process then things can get real dicey. I think the judge is a moron for not recognizing that this scum will likely flee. I wouldn't have a problem with bail being denied in this instance. Mike

Those judges who let these monsters out on bail should be impeached The Prosecutor could not/did not show them to be monsters, all this monster talk is from socialist news media. Let the community they live in decide their fate; or let's build some ovens and gather up some cattle cars.
