Trees are looking a wee bit close to the cabin ?

Not a problem nessy as long as none are leaning toward the camp.

I removed the trees from around my camp to prevent the roots pulling out if they did blow over and damaging my concrete posts. Also my roof is shingled and would allow moss to grow. Without the trees I think it allows the camp materials to dry properly and not promote rot. IMOP

I like building things, especially cabins in the woods, it's good therapy for about anything. totally. I have the generator out to runt he compressor and nail gun, and I hate the noise. I cant wait till framing is over and I can go back to the quiet and pick away at it. I was waiting for a friend to lift some walls on the weekend and quite enjoyed a half hr nap before him and my wife showed up. Silence except for crickets and birds.
