Here's the inside of the hand control (there is a light pink, pink, red, black, gray and teal colored wires)... Here's the foot pedals (there is a red, black, white and green wire).... Can anyone tell me which wires to hook where to make the hoist work correctly with the foot pedals? ~ADC~

Are you trying to make the foot pedal work in conjunction with the hand control?
It is what it is.

Are you trying to make the foot pedal work in conjunction with the hand control? Not necessarily. I don't care if the hand control doesn't work but I want to wire the pedal in to the hand control so I don't have to buy extra wire or anything to get the pedals to reach the floor.

Where did you get the switch? Amazon. I don't personally think its worth the money and trouble, but that's not what this thread is about. I have a buddy who wants it that way so I'm trying to help him out. ~ADC~

You almost have to keep the hand control because the capacitor is in it. Or you would have to relocate the capacitor. Is there a wiring diagram for the foot pedals anywhere? I can't tell how the foot pedals are wired and I don't know by the colors.
It is what it is.

here is what you need to do
with an ohm meter check your current switches with the power off place the one lead on what would be the power , you should be able to put that right at the end of the power cable that is not plugged into the wall.
now pressing the up button see what wire gets continuity and write that down
then pressing the down button do the same what wire gets continuity to hot
now decide what should be up and what should be down on the foot pedal find continuity across the wires when you press up what wires get continuity when you press down
now if you wire the foot pedal to the hand controller so that the foot pedal goes across the switch for up and for down you should get what you are looking for
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

I just saw your diagram shows you what wires should have the continuity in the foot pedal so you just need to decide what is up and what is down and wire across the hand control.
you might want to breakout the paint marker and label up and down on the foot switch
black on your foot control is your common hot the red and white are the switched legs you may or may not actually have a ground in the hand control it is for grounding probably not essential but running a wire from it to a ground would be good if your likely to have a wet floor.

Take a picture after you get it wired up, would help a lot of us out in the future!!
