The case that was prosecuted, bothers me. Because over 10 years ago, the DA declined prosecution, and then there was a civil case. He was deposed, and not afforded the protections of the 5th Amendment. The complainant dropped the case in exchange for over $3million. Then she resurfaced to demand prosecution in the Cosby fallout of 3-4 years ago. A new prosecutor now wants to run with the case, base largely of the statements made by Cosby in the depositions, made largely with the understanding they wouldn't be used in prosecution (as promised by the previous DA). This is using he Constitution like a wad of toilet paper. You all may be comfortable with it, I'm not.
