That would be in winter and spring. May cause slight delays but usually improves conditions for me.
Unless it changes to snow then it sucks.

CA state end has state regs. Federal end 3 days under ice.

Well, it may improve conditions for you boys, but here at the tail end of the Wisconsin River rain anywhere along its 400+ miles means high water coming sooner or later. This last year was ugly.

With this wind I bet it was brutal out in the big open marsh today!ds
We have a lot of small sloughs around where I live. This last rain raised the water level in several of them over the top of some push ups I was setting 16 days ago. Several places now have two ice layers about a foot or more apart.

Yup, Lotsa rain, lotsa run off. Swamp is up a foot. Bays raised, weeds got two layers. Cut your hole and the water boils, hence the buildup. Dealin with it...Hopefully she stiffens up a bit more and drops. We started very dry (mud) now were swamped. Think it will stay that way with the Government shut down, whos gonna open the gate?

CableAble- You're bold to put your yote sets that close to a road. But if it works for you and no one's ripped you off yet, go for it!!

Cable-
Really enjoyed watching your season here. I used to hit it just like that. I even have the exact same Toyota. I never quite caught that many rats in a year, and my truck is a little rustier though! My hat is off to you. Those were some of the best times of my life. Most people dont realize the amount of work that involves. You have much to be proud of.

JSell - Nice catch, congrats guys. I've caught beaver with white on them also but not to often. Beautiful otter.
