Though I wouldn't hang anybody, it violates the constitution's "free from cruel and unusual punishments" clause, and I don't want the gov't to have the power to kill civilians in any case.

If I didn't have a daughter that will have to live with the bad mistakes that this country makes I would be with the ones who say let them in.
