I don't know what to think.
Yesterday was opening day and I took a young man that lives near me to show him how I make sets and such. While we were riding from place to place we talked about baits and lures and I shared some of the processes and items I use to make bait and lure I use on the line.
He shows up this morning for the check and has a bucket of traps he had acquired. We headed out and checked what we had set yesterday. When we got back we boiled and waxed the traps and I gave him some stakes.
He dropped off this to show his appreciation.

Does it get any better than this? After boiling, waxing and showing him how to tune his traps, he heads home with a couple bottles of lure. He went home and made a couple sets behind his house. He just text me, he went outside to get something out of his truck and heard something. Took his flashlight and checked his sets and he has a grey fox. lol
