some of that border is indian property. in the current political climate no way govt takes it. they may be persuaded to sell or trade for land somewhere else but I cant see a court taking it

Please give us some real and proven methods of how to solve our illegal immigration, drug smuggling, and human sex trafficking problems without being able to dictate the flow of people into this country? It seems neither political parties are up to the task of doing so.
A wall is not a fix all, but it is a start. Until we stop the wellfare state/freebies, I don't see how it can be addressed without a wall. Please elaborate on how you would curtail the problem.......

Govt can accept private donations for such things.
Thing that scares me is who would actually be receiving cash? We just lost house (Treasury) and I think Nancy would have control of funds?
The land if not already owned by govt would just be taken through some sort of act or donated? You'd be wrong if you think that. Yes the federal treasury can accept gifts of cash but the funds can ONLY be used to pay down the public debt. It would still require an act of Congress to fund the wall (or anything) with an amount equal to the gift. The House of Representatives has nothing to do with the US Treasury...........which is part of the Executive branch. Any land not already owned by the federal government will have to go through the eminent domain process. Lol Your getting to technical for me. I put question marks in for a reason. I do believe the house has something to say about money? I said Treasury and could be wrong on that word usage! Land usage:. Yeah. That's what I meant. Eminent domain something or other. Eh, and act or something? Money has been used for other things in the past other than debt! I don't know how! But it has!! Either way this is gonna be interesting
