You'd be wrong if you think that.
Yes the federal treasury can accept gifts of cash but the funds can ONLY be used to pay down the public debt.
It would still require an act of Congress to fund the wall (or anything) with an amount equal to the gift.
The House of Representatives has nothing to do with the US Treasury...........which is part of the Executive branch.
Any land not already owned by the federal government will have to go through the eminent domain process.
Lol Your getting to technical for me. I put question marks in for a reason. I do believe the house has something to say about money? I said Treasury and could be wrong on that word usage! Land usage:. Yeah. That's what I meant. Eminent domain something or other. Eh, and act or something? Money has been used for other things in the past other than debt! I don't know how! But it has!! Either way this is gonna be interesting Well you have said YOU are going to be on Laura Ingraham tonight. For God sake PLEASE know what you are talking about !

Chancey is that first pic a mill stone?
Mike Hi Mike, I was told it was called a matate which I think is the same as a millstone. I saw several of them while working down there, but this one was the first that still had the grind stones with it. I took the larger stone off for the pic; felt bad about it afterwards as I could tell it hadn't been moved in a long long time. Most of the matates get picked up liked souveniers, but no body had found this one yet; and if they did it was too heavy to steal as there were absolutely no roads in that area and no way to get in. Even horseback is extremely difficult.

The whole thought of building a wall is nuts most of them come here to work and employers hire them. Issue a new social security card to citizens with a hologram and photo or a work card same, thing hologram and photo. You get caught hiring someone without those documents the hiring agency, employer pay a fine and go to jail. In the case of the undocumented worker they go to jail with a fine and pay off the fine by work details or programs. When the fine is payed off they work some more to pay for the bus or air fare home. If that does not work the employer can pay there fine and trip home. Part of the military and police basic training can be done on the boarder to help secure it and if individuals are caught packing drugs across its a death penalty. I think the last estimate I heard for the wall was 29 Billion like most government projects Im sure the cost is underestimated. Throw in the cost for environmental concerns and legal proceeding for confiscation of private and Indian lands, maintenance and manning the wall it just does not add up. Then the reality is people escape from prisons do you really think a wall is going to keep them out? Did the Berlin wall or Great China wall work?? Really a wall? Are you really from wyoming ? Spend a day in east LA and if you live long enough to make it home you'll sing a different tune

Then the reality is people escape from prisons do you really think a wall is going to keep them out? Did the Berlin wall or Great China wall work?? Really a wall? 1. Yes. Both the Berlin Wall and Great China Wall worked perfectly as they were intended when built. 2. I am convinced that American citizens (buyers and spenders) do not want employers to go to jail if they hire illegals. We are addicted to cheap labor and we are sacrificing our country and integrity for it. 3. How do you stop the drug and sex trafficking with no wall? Maybe we can change the hearts and minds of all the rich drug addicts and perverts that are paying large amounts of money to bring them over here? Perhaps we just need to spend more money on educating people that drugs are bad and that one should not take advantage of other people. Maybe legalizing all drugs as well as prostitution and child sex trafficking will stop people from doing it? 4. Oh heck, too many problems come with being a rich country. Lets all just be like Honduras and Guatemala. Build the wall FCOL!
