Make it a condition that while you choose to be on welfare and live off the largess of others, that you are implanted with a birth control device. No one would be forced to receive welfare. It would be the recipients choice. Choices in life have consequences. One consequence of choosing to accept welfare will be that you choose to give up the right to procreate.

Would, say, a single mother with six young kids be allowed to go on welfare? And how would that differ from a woman having six kids once on welfare? Please don't misunderstand me, I'm trying to understand your proposal. I'm personally against any welfare at all.

Trumps estimate for the wall was 29 Billion not 5 Billion. Don't see why this administration is not making it illegal to hire the ones coming in and putting them in jail. My opinion is to many people want the cheap labor and not wanting to pay workmans comp, overtime benefits and below minimum wage.

Yes, the single mother of 6 kids could still go on welfare. She would not be permitted to have more kids while receiving welfare. A single woman on welfare, like anyone else on welfare, could not have any kids, while on welfare. Minors on welfare would also have implants. People on welfare should be encouraged and helped to get off welfare. Once off of welfare, the implants would be removed.

Welfare program usage should be for short terms only. Welfare also needs to have work or public service requirements. There needs to be costs for living off the largess of others. Unfortunately some people are lazy and don't mind taking advantage of others. People truly in need should be helped, but they should not be permitted to create additional burdens on society.

Back when they started food stamps were like coupons. You still had to have a little cash in order to her the benefit which means you maintained some sort of social support network or at least had a patroness job. For every $1 you spent you got $2 worth of food.
