People who who think they can control what religions are practiced belong somewhere besides America. The right to practice the religion of your choice is a natural right, you have that right whether or not the government tells you that you have that right. If you're really concerned about national security, far, far more people are killed by people who claim Christianity or no religion than by Muslim terrorists in America. (Also, Christ is the one true God and the only way to salvation, just so we're clear.)

When they file the paperwork for receiving their benefits, a nurse practitioner could easily implant the device. Without the sign off by the practitioner no benefits would be given.

If a woman gets pregnant anyways, she would have to undergo an examination by a doctor to see if her device had been tampered with. If it had been tampered with, she loses her benefits. If it was a true accidental birth, there would be no repercussions towards her benefits.

As I am sure you know, most Catholics in the US already use birth control. Receiving welfare is a choice. No one would be forced to receive it. The choice is the recipients whether to get the implant and the benefits or to seek help elsewhere, or to step up and take care of themselves, if able to.

Beggars can't be choosers. We have allowed beggars to live off the finances of others thus creating more beggars. It is extremely foolish to assist and reward people who can't take care of themselves, to produce more people like them.

I believe that the main reason all human societies fail, is that eventually all societies produce more people that sponge off the society, than support it, causing it to collapse.

The muslim instruction manual pretty much tells them to get rid of Christians. Too many muslims leads to 100 percent. So...once in a while I'll say one religion has got to go, no matter how unfair that seems. I happen to be right about the historical progression of muslims if left unchecked.
