It is what it is.

Get an instant pot. You can throw the toughest piece of stringy crap imaginable in there for 45 minutes and it will be, cut with a fork, tender. If you have time, you can bake in the oven with a can or two of diced tomatoes and get it nice and tender too.

That's why god gave you teeth. Yup And I spend almost 20 years knocking them out or loose fighting and wrestling for sport. Then I think a couple military dentist finished them off. I want it all cut or scrape off with fork tender.

I heard that yesterday instant pot sales were through the roof. They do work great for fast cooking everything. They tenderize anything.
Help yourself.

I heard that yesterday instant pot sales were through the roof. They do work great for fast cooking everything. They tenderize anything. my aunt and uncle were vacationing at Disney last year and saw a family carrying their insta-pot into their hotel room presumably to cook with it and save money on expensive meals in park. for those of us that have been long time pressure cooker users , think of all the benefit of a pressure cooler with speed combined with a slow cooker/crock pot , put it in one package with buttons and timers to do the things we did by standing in the kitchen adjusting the heat and using a timer people have been afraid of pressure cookers for a long time they all knew someone who did xyz and had a bad burn trust me I bought a used pressure cooker from a thrift store and I heard all about it from the old lady behind the counter. she calmed down some when I told her this was my 4th and smallest and I had been using them for many years. so instapot canceled the fear just let the machine do it for you. no I don't have an instapot but I have 2 pressure cookers and 3 pressure canners.
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
