I know this has been brought up before, and there are many threads showing individual sets ( but after a quick search I can't find exactly what I am looking for), but I think it would be a great learning experience to know what everyone's go to Bobcat set is and why they prefer it. To clarify, I would like to know what kinds of sets are preferred when a person is targeting bobcats, I know that they are caught on canine sets regularly. As for me I prefer a walk through with lure one either side and some flagging higher up and in between the traps. The reason I prefer this set is... it's the only one that I have been able to catch a cat on lol.

Nice set. Why did you bury the trap? I buried the trap out of habit I set more coyote sets than cat sets each year. I am running #3 bridger's. On a side note, the wind blew through there so hard the week after I set that it blew both traps clean and blew my pan covers over the rainbow haha

People say walls don't work. Nice looking set. Flashy dirt holes work well for me here.

Because the Idaho bobcat season doesn't open until December 14, my favorite high desert bobcat set is a snare on a trail in sagebrush.

Tracy, those attractors you sell are the bees knees. I can see those turkey feathers I got spinning in the wind from over 100yd away. You guys should check them out if you haven’t yet. My favorite bobcat set is definitely a walkthrough along a logging road around here, but I tend to make a lot of big showy dirtholes too and do very well on them. I Couldn't agree more got two cat sets on field edges entering a woods road one has a turkey wing the other a Truman attractor the Truman attractor is visible by me over 400 yards away the turkey wing 200 at best
