LOL you guys crack me up. You whine and moan about boycotting certain companies. I bet you every product in your house , garage , or heck even the clothes you wear can be tied to some kind of libetard owner or company. You sound just like the idiots in Washington that cry we don't like him so he is not right !!! Lets get rid of them because they don't have the same VEIWS as us. Sound familiar ring any bells. If not just read over some of these comments. I never said I want to get rid of any of the companies I do not support. I simply will not support them. That is a huge difference. I will not FORCE others to share my views.

If not just read over some of these comments. No your wrong. Sometimes you don't have a choice and other times you do. It's good to have values and stick to them and sometimes the best way to voice your stance is not supporting an entity that doesn't hold the same values as you.

Treating employees like that, It's surprising they can keep the doors open. Oh, and Walmart is the largest retail company in the world. Must be doing something right! Yes they are. They do it by selling cheap crap and paying low wages and bennefits.

I figured this thread would bring out some bashers (for lack of a better word). I wasn't looking for opinions on "if" you should boycott any company. I simply choose not to support companies with certain views or agendas. The NFL for example (which I somehow forgot on my list) publicly accepts their overpaid players kneeling during the national anthem. I can not accept that, and WILL NOT support them. Yes, I know, some things I own/use are made by "anti" companies or made in China. With our world today, that is unavoidable. But I try to buy American and support local businesses. I try to give my hard earned money to businesses that share the same views and beliefs as me. That is what makes America great, we have that choice and option. Same reason I get my gas at the American owned "Shell" station instead of "Mohammed's Mini Mart".

Also, people will say, "Do you really think that you not shopping there has an impact? Do you think they will go out of business because you quit shopping there?" The answer is- NO. BUT, if everyone held their own ground and stood up to these companies it WOULD. I feel that I am just doing my part, as best I can. To each their own.

So we're all for capitalism but don't like the results? Are the wages and benefits at the local stores better than Wal Mart or Home Depot etc? I shop where I get the best value and service plus convenience and don't worry about who they voted for if their views are the same as mine. Someone mentioned not supporting a business run by a certain immigrant. How dare they be successful capitalists in our country. I guess you'd rather they collect welfare. I don't think that's what any of us said. We like capitalism, we just don't like supporting people that want to take away our rights as Americans. That's the beauty of capitalism. Outdoors store A is owned by a person who is openly anti 2nd Amendment. Outdoors store B is owned by someone who openly supports all firearms ownership, as guaranteed in the constitution. I'll shop at store B. I don't want store A banned, I just won't shop there. It's matter of choice, not coercion.

I'm also ok with FREEDOM OF CHOICE. They can be here and run a business, and I can choose not to shop there. If you were referring to my "Mohammed's Mini Mart" comment, you should know that they come over here, get a business (gas station/convenience store) cheap and don't have to pay taxes for 7 years. This is to help them get started with their "American dream". At the end of their 7 years, they bring one of their family members over and transfer the business to them, thus, giving that family member 7 years tax free. I don't agree with that and CHOOSE not to support it. And still, MANY of them collect welfare......
