I've owned several businesses for over 25 years and changed banks and closed accounts multiple times and never bounced a check. A company's reputation depends on such things as honesty, integrity and always paying for services rendered. Especially in the case of already profiting from another individuals product they provided in trust. Sounds like poor management at best. Even if it gets settled I'm afraid I would still be somewhat nervous dealing with them. What makes this situation more strange to me is that the company has not released a statement or communicated with it's vendors up front. Meaning that the only ones that have gotten the bank story have had to reach out to the company. A little communication goes a long way to ease peoples minds. "Skin that smokewagon and see what happens"
