The next thing they are going to register is how many outhouses there are, and how many times a day you break wind. I really think most of these idiot bureaucrats need to be strung up by their feet, and left that way until they are properly cured... maybe add a little smoke to help the process.

I think this will be like the SAFE ACT in NY. Compliance will be pretty low except, perhaps, in the urban areas.

There was one property owner that put a wood stove in , and when the Zoning Enforcement Officer found out it did not have an EPA sticker on it; he made the property owner remove the wood stove and put in an EPA UL approved stove in . Funny how he never enforced that same rule against the 93 year old Woman down the road from me, who cooks on an old wood cook stove from the 1930's. !!!

I'm not white, but Fairbanks did/ or does violate Federal air quality standards a few days or weeks a year because of thermal inversions that trap the cold air( and pollution) in winter during cold snaps in the Chena river valley. Federal law applies to us all, even when it is nonsense.
