Sent a pic of that last cat to a buyer he said $200 maybe "ballpark" he called back today said a bigger buyer dropped his top price in half. Freezing it will get it tagged Monday not sure if I should pelt it or go taxi market now.

Yep, cats down quite a bit from last year. More $ in coyotes than cats this year.

Money cannot buy you happiness, but it can buy you a trapping license and that's pretty close.

About a month ago NAFA PT sold one of my SW select 3-4 cat they had for forty bucks. I don't know how they sold it since it was there for two years. It showed up in my account as them owing me that and what the bad check was for. LLL

The Fallon sale will set the cat market for western cats. I wouldn't think of selling any cats right now.

I can't believe that cop put me in the back seat when I clearly called shotgun.

Markets go up and down, NAFA sold western heavy cats in "92" I believe for an $82 average.

That’s part of the negotiations when dealing with fur buyers they had ve to make it sound bad so you hurry and sell before it goes lower.
