we have some democrats that are saying they have passed enough gun laws. we shall see, but like cotton said, there`s going to be a whole bunch of outlaws in virginia that will make the state take a second look at what they did if it passes and it will not end just because of a few dimwits won an election...... they haven't seen anything yet....

The Democrats won by a whisker in the State Senate in 2019. They don't have a big lead in the the House of Delegates. Virginia has historically been that way for a very long time. The problem has become that the Democrats are now predominately Communists. The closest one could say about what a few of them ran on in terms of guns was, " A Common Sense Approach". They did not run on unconstitutional communism.
Now that they have been successful in deceiving the voters, they are going after the 1st, 2nd and 4th Amendments all at the same time. The 2nd Amendment directly, and the 1st and the 4th indirectly by imposing the Red Flag Law.
If they are successful in passing any of these unconstitutional laws (coming soon when the entirety of both houses make a final vote), I pray for their physical safety between that date and when the Supreme Court rules to have the laws thrown out, or when they are all voted our of office in 2021.

I heard on the news that West Virginia had an inquiry from an adjoining Virginia county to join West Virginia. It might be an option worth looking into.

The right to defend one's life doesn't come from a piece of paper. Think of it this way... If I take a swing at you, your natural response is to duck, block, or otherwise repel my attack.

Self-preservation is inherent. It wouldn't matter if they repealed the 2nd tomorrow. We are hard-wired to defend ourselves from any and all who would do us harm or oppress us.

Just seen Utah had a Capital get together also same kind of BS rules being made.

Every one of these new laws at the state level can be traced back to Bloomberg. He donates a few thousand dollars to a candidate's campaign in exchange for sponsoring and voting for laws that Bloomberg wants. He also donates to the election campaigns of other state officials who can make changes through regulations. Such as VA and PA's AG's re-negotiating CCW agreements with other states. He's already bought spot at the podium at the Democrat debates and has said he will spend up to $2 Billion of his own money to defeat Trump.

The DNC wants that $2 Billion and will do whatever they can to eliminate the other candidates to get Bloomberg the nomination. If He becomes president, I'm sure he will continue to spend his money buying votes from the House and Senate until he makes all civilian guns illegal.

If you don't usually vote, you must vote this November. This is the closest America has ever come to losing the second amendment.

voter turnout in va.'s last election was 40%, va counties have been invited to join wv, if they do and bring skyline drive with them, that will cost va dearly. The new laws will haft go through the courts and ultimately the Supreme Court will nullify them.
