That would get my attention.
Get the US out of the UN and the UN out of the US.

Thinking 8 tracks came out after rotories were gone. The TV part is spot on. I'm old enough to have used all those things. mt 8 track players came out in 1965. Push button phones came out in 1963. When I was in 7th or 8th grade, I had to figure out how to use a rotary phone, when my basketball practice was cancelled in 1982 or 1983. I bet I spent close to 5 minutes, trying stuff before I was able to figure it out and call home. Keith

We had our dad's and uncle's old Pony Boy "pearl handled" revolvers too. Most of them were worn out and would not shoot caps anymore. We would roll the caps out and hit them with a rock or hammer. My favorite gun toy was a metal and plastic gun that shot white missiles with black rubber tips. Ours would shoot from our back yard, over our neighbors house, into their front yard. Every once in a while we would miscalculate the tragectory and get a missile stuck in their gutter, on the far side of their roof. An idiot kid in our neighborhood, named Scott, tried to ride it down the hill and broke it. It still shot, but our mom made us throw it away. When my grandfather died the year before last, my uncle found what I think was the same model in the attic. He put it in the throw away pile, but I saved it. I remember it being bigger, but it's probably 40 years since I played with it. I unfortunately don't have any of the missiles. It's not a toy kids would be allowed to have today. Here it is: Keith

The toys we had as kids.....perfectly OK back then. Evil now.
Many a cap gun as a kid. Perfectly OK except could not convince mom & dad to buy me an endless supply of caps.
I acquired a cap pistol a few years back. Still have it. Black , looks a little like a small Baretta. Cool toy.
