County just declared a State of Emergency . All Schools closed in the County starting tomorrow. 3 cases of Corona Virus in the County. All in their 20's and 30's. Bars Restaurants and other public gathering places will be required to cut their seating capacity in HALF !!

Guys I’m like y’all, but recently received some intel from a buddy still in and way up the chain and things are about to get real crazy. It’s not so much craziness as it is trying to keep it in check before it gets crazy.
With that being said I was told to stock up on essentials (food, cash, personal items, etc) for at least 2 months. Apparently it’s about to go States wide, not just County.

I hope you’re wrong. Farmers have had a tuff time the last few years as far as commodity prices are concerned and keeping the farm afloat. This hysteria is going to put more than just farmers out of business

This is a worldwide issue now.The UN should take charge.Emergency jurisdiction over all countries to co ordinate response.

For sure this is going to hit the economy hard throughout all sectors. But it could be a lot worse if the virus is allowed to run rampant.

From what I have read, the important thing is to deny the virus fresh hosts. Seems to me that can only be accomplished by strict isolation

People really need to calm down. These idiots are making it worse buying up all essentials, and cleaning out the warehouses. Who really needs a truck load of TP to survive a couple months???? Did my sister (who thinks she's disabled and lives off your dime) really need to buy $500 in frozen food yesterday. No, she cant cook anyway. She lives in a trailer park and eats junk food all day, she will throw it all in the garbage next month. This is the stupidest "end of the world" crisis ever.

I told the wife they need to shut down all the Tim Hortons coffee shops since so many travellers passing thru always stop there-it could be a hot bed of spreading the virus.
Couple minutes later she says-lets go get a timmies,lol.

I have been trying to isolate myself from crowds and cities long before this virus was discovered.
