He just said he wants the Federal Gov't to take over all medical field factories and keep them going 24-7. He says we need to nationalize, what a whackado this guy is.

50 percent fibrosis without noticing that lung capacity has changed is odd. Pneumonia leading to fibrosis ( lung tissue scaring) seems more likely. Of course both are real bad for old people and people with pre existing conditions.

Should us low risk of death people really clog up the medical system if we catch corona? The CDC really needs to be more clear about this.

I worked at a paper mill. They had decided to close part of my area but not tell us yet. 1 month before closure they threw all the resources into production to hopefully pack the warehouse with product. Office staff engineers , and administrators where put out in the production area to keep very thing going as fast as possible to make as much as possible.
It had the opposite effect. Our production fell , by quite a bit. Like 1/3. Then we all got laid off.

Putting the govt in charge of things will have the same effect if not worse. Leave the people who know how to do it alone and they will get it done faster.

They don't care about the outcome, they just want to nationalize as much of the economy as possible. It's all part of the socialist plan. Never let a crisis go to waste. Just imagine combining Obamacare with the nationalization of pharma, insurance, banking !

We just finished an EMT recert course and of course Covid came up. The reality is you probably wouldn't even know you had it. That fact is likely what makes this virus so dangerous. People with it can have such mild symptoms that they wont take it seriously and will in turn infect others who are vulnerable. I think Trumps decision to involve the private sector in such a big way will prove to be one of the best decisions made during this crisis. Lots of brilliant minds in the private sector that can get things done faster than any government agency on the planet.

I wasnt raised to turn my back on those less fortunate or who need a hand up.I will share what I can when I can,and wont whine about doing it either.And my best friends are those who would give the shirt off their back to help those in need and not ask anything in return.I'm glad I live in a country that is like that,and holds those values,and not one that says to (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman) with everyone else.
I dont like people who are all "ME ME ME" and dont have any empathy for anyone else.That is not the right way to be,I feel sorry for those of you that are like that.And there are a lot of you like that on here,but good ones here still outnumber those thank god.

Do you really have to order people to do this? Seems to me, if people want to risk their lives?

When we have air quality alerts, we suggest( not order) people with respiratory problems to stay indoors. However, they still have the freedom to risk their lives.

I seen somebody with 8 gallons in a shopping cart yesterday. However , you can freeze it to make it last longer , effects the flavor just slightly. Near me is a store called ' Stew Leonard's ' holds the Guinness world record for largest dairy store. They used to sell 1/2 gallon cartons 2 for the price of a 1 gal jug. Same price basically. I used to get that and freeze 1 for later. It worked , very slight difference in taste.

Yep but I bet 90% of they aren’t planning on freezing it. Mom used to do that when I was a kid. Good point
