at least it beats giving it all to the banks to hoard and make profit from like they did with the 700billion to bail out the economy back in the recession .
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

Figure out what $1000 to each man, woman, and child would cost with a population of 35,000,000. That well exceeds what the national debt is now, I believe. If you add up all the total net worth of all millionaires and billionaires in the US it would not cover one year of national DEFICIT. The spending is way outta control, as we all know.
EVERY man woman and child not getting the money . JUST a certain income bracket and from what they said it is for the house hold. Not everyone in the house. That's what was thrown out at the press conference....

You are forgetting about QE 1,2&3
2.1 trillion then , I lost track when I ran out of fingers for all the zeros at the time I ran some numbers on households in the US and figured we could have put new windows and insulation in almost every house i the US for what the banks got and well I am not sure I know what they did with it.
