Some of these comments aren't much good without pitchers... We had a special breakfast today. Ate like we were special folks. Fresh made bread slices dipped in a batch of fresh eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Cooked just right to your taste. Smothered in creamy salted butter, sprinkled heavy with Powdered Sugar and topped with home cooked maple syrup. Boy a man can't eat like this every day. But sure is nice once in a while. Like baseball ...pitchers ? ...:)

If you need flour...
A lot of the restaurants around here have been using their distributors to get kitchen Staples and are selling them. Prices are within fair market value. You can order and pay online and they will load them in your vehicle in the parki g lot... No close contact.
My wife ordered some stuff and sent the boy to pick it all up. She ordered flour but all they had available was 25 lb bags... She bakes a lot so we took it. But I just spent a bit dividing it all up into 4 and 5 pound quantities.
Looks like we are filming a scene from Scarface in the kitchen.

Your bread looks excellent. It is the right color and the right shape. The pattern on the crust from inside the pan also looks right. I can't wait for a pic of a cut slice.
