And when I do grill my burger its over an open fire oak or hickory for the heat. Tat way you can get a good sear on the outside without getting the inside to warm. Not like those propane incubator jockeys like Leftlane just waiting till the meat is an even gray.

Few things bettah than raw ground round kind of smeared onto a piece of dark rye. Then covah it with fresh chopped onions and plenty of salt and peppah. Now that's a Cannibal Sandwich up here in Cheeseland!
