When she got older she could only drive down front to go to her lake place. The neighbors blocked off the lane and said she couldn't use it and terrorized my poor grandmother. Your lucky you don't live here. We have landlocked laws and there is millions of acres that can't be accessed because of ownership around a parcel of land.
Getting easements here are very hard to obtain. There is land that is great land but can't sell it or hardly give it away because of landlock laws.

The property That has the access in question is zoned residential. The adjoining property is a wildlife management area that we agreed would not be changed for 5 years.
