Yeah, T-Rex may have to buy his own supplies but with no state income tax, he may have some more cash. But get used to paying state sales tax on everything, even food. Supposedly we're supposed to pay SD sales tax if we buy clothes in MN (right, you all have no state sales tax on clothes, either, right). I think people get a good laugh from that one, I've never met a South Dakotan who has paid Pierre or city sales tax for buying clothes in Minnesota...
