I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....

I agree i dont know if you could cover their strong flavour in pepperoni . There arnt many people up to the task of castrating a 500 or 600 lb boar . I think every farm kid should expirence that at least once in their life

There would still be regulations and meat would be just as safe.

As a packing house employee for 42 years I will tell you they do. The inspect the glands and lymph noirs and also inspect each carcass for fecal contamination. We went 103 head per hr and had 4 Federal Inspectors on the line. They also go into the yards and check live cattle before they go to the floor

I bought almost 700 pounds of rabbit that went through Mt. Hope last Wednesday from a dealer. Rabbit is extremely high right now.

The huge dealer I am now using goes to or sends buyers to most of the auctions within a few states. He moves more animals than I thought was possible. He mostly buys cheap at one auction and sells what he bought at another auction within 2 days or less. He's got a huge operation. He buys and quickly resells any animal he can turn a profit on.

I bought 210 more pounds of rabbit from him yesterday, plus 7 really nice homing pigeons, that I am quarantining.
