Good on you Flipper, and I don't blame you for wearing one in your situation. The problem that I have with the whole mask thing is this- I'm not sick, I'm actually very healthy and I'm not constantly around someone who has a lower immune system. If I WAS sick, I would stay home. If not wearing a mask causes me to get sick, well, that's on me. I have a really hard time being TOLD that I have to do something, especially when it is proven to be a bunch of B.S.
If someone feels the need to wear one or it makes them feel better, fine, but dont tell me I HAVE to wear one to make you feel better.
By the way, I really like the beaver one!

You see I’d wear one if I knew I was going to be around someone at risk. I think from the start we should’ve just given stimulus to those at risk and since there is less people, more money for em. That way people who have no need to have to stay safe can put and get to work. And the people at risk would feel justified because even though they couldn’t do nothing they still got money.

I say the government is gotten way bigger than the constitution allows. The #1 job of government is to protect your rights, not to meddle in every aspect of your existence.

Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)

Agreed. ^^ Personally, I think that the mandatory mask wearing now is a warm up act for down the road when there is a vaccine, however ineffective and/or unproven the vaccine is.

Now - "Here, wear this mask to keep others safe you selfish SOB." Later - "Here, take this vaccine...or else your rights will be restricted." Ultimately - "Show us your card/chip that proves that you are fill-in-the-blank (virus free, "one of us", on board, etc) so you can buy and sell and travel to and fro, etc."
