Finster- Yes, someone I know that follows the blogeshere more than me said that wounded guy said, "he wishes he hadn't hesitated before pulling his Glock" (as seen in the video), so yes, he planned to shoot Kyle. This person also told me that the rifle bullet severed the guy's main arm nerve so his fingers tightened around the pistol so he couldn't drop it but couldn't get one finger to pull the trigger either. Paramedics had to pry the guys fingers from the Glock.I hope photos were taken off that situation. Kyle should have double tapped a couple center of mass but perhaps the hand frozen around the pistol ends up being a better deal for his defense.
