They don't they make tender. They paint on an uncirculated 2 dollar bill. At least that's what it says.

Still trying to find a way to move all those unwanted two dollar bills I see. When my dad had to go to the VA they would give him travel pay in two dollar bills.

If you Google $2 bills they are made in dozens of ways now....aftermarket sales.
If you wanted a tooth fairy or Easter bunny on some they could do it for you.

They could stamp toilet paper with $2 bills.
