GA runoff election will be the fork in the road. Lose that and all bets are off. Win that.......and gun owners can stand down for now. They won't get much done without a Senate. At least not for another 2 years. By then, the socialist agenda will be out of the bag and they may well lose the House too. Do that, and they will be dead in the water.
But for this gun thing, Plugs may push it, and even send the legislation to the Senate hoping to threaten Republicans with reprisal if they don't go for it, which I would hope most would respond with "bring it"! Because for every Republican in a blue state who might be on the bubble, there are Democrats in red states. Guys like Joe Manchin. Some might be willing to fall on their sword for the cause, but most won't.
Easy to vote your way into socialism, but impossible to vote your way out of it.

The issue isn't whether Trump won, it's whether we have a judicial system with the balls to take a stand for America and protect the laws in place.
Life ain't supposed to be easy.

Does anyone think this will be the straw that breaks the camels back in regards to a civil war? I hate to say it but I believe we're on the cusp of one... Maybe it'll be like the Boston Tea Party, which was a reaction to a tax on tea imposed by Britain. Jim It’s already happening, Cuomo and the activist dem judges have helped bankrupt America’s oldest gun maker, Remington. And with all of the negative comments I’ve read here on other threads about Remington products, It looks as though many here are OK with Remington going under. The tax on tea was to help pay the expenses of the French and Indian war. The result was it helped cause the revolutionary war, which by the way Britain lost. Will it cause a civil war ? Doubt it, few will be willing to put everything on the line like our founders. And yes us yanks drink coffee, and the bowing queen worshippers drink Chicom tea.

Are you forum liberals starting to worry at all? they don't care a whit except for themselves. When Trump supported banning bump stocks, some claimed he was no better or different than the left who want to ban all guns. If Biden does manage to ban firearms, the left will blame it on Trump.

IMO IF Biden ban firearms, blame it on yourself for not tacking action once you hear that he is doing so.

He would have won easily without Covid, the corrupt media, and Robert's.
There needs to be a Senate investigation of the Biden family and pay for play to get Joe to see the light.

Roberts has turned out to be a conservative's nightmare, much like David Souter was. Both were appointed by Bush presidents and ended up a disappointment for conservatives. As liberals like to say SCOTUS is 6-3 conservative, the more accurate version would be 5-4 in favor of conservatives.

Colonists owned firearms for 150-160 years before there was a Bill of Rights and for almost 250 years before there was an NRA, so firearms won't be banned anytime soon. The Democratic party has been around for nearly 30 years longer than the GOP and we still have firearms. Yes parties morph and both have but not to the point where gun bans will be coming from the federal government. Most likely the limitations on gun ownership will come from state, local municipal units of government. All of which will ultimately be taken to court. In the English tort law system it only takes one case to change history so it is wise to consider what cases one wants to advance. There are 9 other bills in the bill or rights and those that are avid Originalists or constitutionalists need to understand that when one wants to advance one issue at the expense of one or more then one issue the pure constitutionalists will be reviewing the entirety so just bringing cases to the higher courts because they have in the minds of many a more conservative bent may not work the way one intended it to work.
Bryce Look up 1994. Apparently you have forgotten history or could care less. Those are your two options.
