If you like wrestling, there is a 30 for 30 (ESPN) titled Nature Boy. Very good documentary on Ric Flair.

I had two older cousins who worked setting up the rings for All Star Wrestling back in the day. When my folks took me to town they would take me along. Met many of the old guys, Gagne, Crusher, Mad Dog, Mean Jean Okerlund...many more including back then the midget wrestlers. I was in a saloon with a half breed friend, a very BIG half breed Indian when Ventura came sauntering in with Adrian Adonis. Jessie and my friend had gone to high school together, no love lost and when Jessi got in My friends face things got bad fast. The only thing heading for the door faster than Jessie was Adonis. ( Jessie never was a “seal” he was a demolition diver and when they changed the MOS and training they sort of grandfathered the old divers in) My first lake home near Longville MN I had a trap range put in and a frequent visitor/shooter was road warrior Animal. He had his own place for a while over on Leech lake. The Mohicans grandmother was there one time when he stopped by. The look on grandmothers face when that hulk of a man came in and bent to take her hand... she was 101 yrs old at the time and sharp as a tack, afterward she said he was such a gentleman. Made and lost a fortune on Zubas....... I met and went out with a good looking dark haired gal 25 years ago, real spark. That’s a night to be told of around a campfire... I didn’t know she was Vern Gagnes daughter...... I’ve guided a few wrestlers as well..Larry Henning, his son, Vern G, Nick Bockwinkle, Hawk and Animal... Seem to run into these guys.....

Yep,Ivan Putski.
Back then Vince McMahon was a ring announcer. Whenever Putski came out he'd say, "He is so tough he eats raw onions."
LOL If it was a Vidalia onion, that's no big deal. They're so mild you can eat them like an apple.

He was dangerous even after the ring in a nursing home. He suffered from either Alzheimers or severe dementia. He body slammed another elderly person killing him.

Watching the station Vice when they had behind the scenes wrestling stories on was quite interesting. Lot of crime involved, murders, etc.

Road Warriors- Animal and Hawk Hawk's real name was Joseph Laurinaitis. His son was a famous linebacker for the St. Louis Rams. His other son John worked in WWE as talent agent.
