All gun laws are unconstitutional. They'll reinstate the AWB, magazine capacities, tax ammo through the roof, tax stamp everything you own. It's coming. I'm sure they'll relist wolves and try to ban trapping of everything while they're at it. They'll pack the Supreme court first to get their way then the gloves will come off.

They will extort states to pass their individual red flag laws. If the state does not have a red flag law the federal government will withhold either DHHS or FDA funds from that state. That way they can say it was a local choice.

Not quite. But, there are some on here that said Trump was no better than the democrats when it came to gun control because he favored banning bump stocks. Very shallow thinking.
