I think several will be trying H.O.T. latches for the 1st time after seeing this thread. I am quite intrigued by them. I like the fact they are apparently even strong enough for wolf. And they deter trap thieves.

Not sure how they would deter thieves, but I like the concept.

Because trap thieves can't figure out how to undo them if they don't have a cable cutter with them they cant take your trap. As simple as they are I've had to send a video to people on how to use them even after I have showed them in person.
