Great cars seem to last forever.... but have a friend who drives them and they really have a bad problem with rock chips in the windshield for some reason. I think they have owned 3 in the last ten years and actually had their insurance company drop them do to the number of claims they had, seemed like every 2-3 months they would get a chip and it would crack out immediately. Not sure if it’s the angle or or the glass.
Teenage son asked me the other day if I have ever seen a Subaru without a bumpersticker.... now that I pay attention I have to say NO. Sounds like operator error!!!

We have owned them for 20+ years and never had mechanical problems. Reliable and good in bad conditions. The gas mileage for trapping can't be beat by a truck.

Bought a Forester in 15, I liked it family said it rode hard. Needed tires, traded it on a super deal in 17 on a Outback. Like the outback a lot better, more room , better ride. Gas mileage bout 27, forester was bout 29. Had some real snow this year, went bout any where , never spun a wheel. They have that zero financing, trade value is good vs other cars. I’d look at Honda CRV, just can’t deal with local guy. 1 thing Subaru has is best lights I’ve ever been around. That forester would turn on a dime, wife liked that in tight parking sports. It’s kinda a love hate deal with Subaru’s.

Wifes windshield is a growing spider web. While at the dealer listening to lies about it not using oil I saw a dealer add-on part that connected the two inner fenders. I wonder if that would help save windshields. She likes it, it's just a small car to me. Oh and the ladder rack is on sideways lol.

Not that I really care but it really seems to be a big issue with the membership here:
Is it likely that you have homosexual tendencies if you're inclined to acquire a Subaru? Or do you start to develop these homosexual tendencies upon acquiring one? If you don't know, it's already to late for you.

The funniest part of this whole thread is all the man-bun lezbaru defenders who never post anything, been here for years, but somehow must have an alarm set up for commie anti sportsman vehicle talk, cuz all of a sudden they show up. Just like Bookface and its supporters, buy a dykesmobile, and youre part of the problem. Edit...not all have been here for years, but my opinions remain the same. Get a Honda if that's the direction your headed.

Lol anyone who thinks they can determine who someone has sex with or how manly they are based on the vehicle they drive has some bizarre insecurities. Nothing like import envy to draw out the homophobes that's for sure.

I've learned the only people that judge a person's sexuality based off what they drive usually are the guys that buy big trucks to compensate for lack of other attributes. Although I've never owned a Subaru I would in a second. My mother has had two and she commutes daily. It's never left her stranded and she doesn't stay home based on inclement weather. Nice knowing she's going to make it where she wants to go and no I haven't lived in her basement since I was 17. You're close. Those who judge sexuality based off what individuals drive are most likely to be caught hanging around truck stop washrooms at 2 AM hoping for manly love.

How do all of you Subaru owners condone
Helping support the Animal Rights groups they Directly Cut checks to? Wasn't that notion dispelled for the most part? Isn't ASPCA a legitimate animal welfare organization as opposed to some dirty animal rights group like HSUS?

I've learned more than I need to know on this thread. I'm home in bed with my wife at 2 AM, what are you doing in truck stop washrooms?
