I smoked for 35 years. Quit 7 years ago when I found out I have COPD.

I tell people that smoke to quit because with COPD I get winded taking a crap in the morning.

For a few years I did enjoy pricey cigars. No cheapo's for me.

Quit both. Used cope to quit smoking. Used nicotine lozenges to quit cope. Will probably have cravings for the rest of my life.

Quit dipping Nov 30, 2009. Not a day passes I don't think about it.
True story: couple years before I quit a cow knocked out 1 tooth and cracked up 2 more. The crowns were made to match color of my stained teeth. In time after I quit, my real teeth lightened a little, and if you look close you can tell.

Age 74. Grew up farming tobacco in N.C. but never smoked anything. Tried Levi Garret about two months in my 20s. Finally quit spitting last month.

So I didnt. Spit that is. Gave up smoking about 1990. Quit chewing a couple years ago. I really miss levi garret. If it wasnt so pricey I would go get me a box full right now

Speaking of spitting, Raymond Estis God rest his soul was never without a big chew of Red Man tobacco. He taught me beekeeping and had the nastiest bee veil I've ever seen. The entire lower half was one big tobacco spit stain.

I enjoy smoking a bowl once in a while...not a daily smoker...But love my Rad Davis pipe....Escudo for me.
