Titebond 3 is waterproof and food safe. Its what I use on bee boxes.

But if I was doing floats using pressure treat I would go with liquid nails.

I made my 1st float. Well, I haven't finished it yet, but I tested it in the h20 to ensure it floats in a manner that I think should work
