Nice work. After 30 years of trapping I finally started appreciating a good cage trap last year.

Cages used around the farm places can pick up a lot of extra fur for a guy.

Happy too see I inspired someone ! intresting trigger design , is that kinda a cam type deal ? Hey wolfie......... don't know about calling it a cam design. Just a pretty simple L shaped linkage. When one part of the L goes down it makes the other part move forward pulling the rod out from under the endgate. A lock keeps critters from raising the gate to escape. I've built cages with the rod linkage and L shaped linkage outside the cage. I've made several different designs of endgates or doors over the years. Just whatever pops into my head.
