I pulled 2 more raccoons out of a place I get to turkey hunt in return for raccoon trapping. Seems last night's warm up got them moving a bit. Good deal k.I haven’t seen a coon track in 6 weeks. We went a while without seeing any, then a couple weeks ago we had a warm night and every creek was covered in coon tracks. They moved only one night, then holed up tight again. I pulled yesterday, but should have left them in one more night. It stayed warmer a lot longer last night than the forecast said it would. It was still 28 degrees at ten o'clock last night.

Caught my very first coyote today. Armchair hay set. Still has pretty decent fur, no rubbing on the neck or shoulders. Just a little bare spot on the inside of a hind leg. Congratulations K Looking like another year without a yote for me.Dang smart around my playground.

Never had a beaver bigger than 67 pounds until today-81 pounds. How'd you weigh it? I had to take one into a feedmill to weigh one time in 1987

Mad scientist either you catch a tremendous amount of beaver or you are a very lucky man. I don’t believe I’ve sever seen so many poor catches that hold the animal. No offense, just making an observation. Is it your gear?

I was hoping someone could tell me the issue but I’ll just keep raking in the cash in the meantime.2 out of 10 good neck catches and the rest got me scratching my head.

Hey Mad nice ride.. My son and I actually saw you Thursday afternoon. We had the dog out of the truck for run at goose. We were on north end by shelter 5 when you came by. I actually was wondering if might be you. Didn't think there was any trapping or fishing gear in the boat. So looked like someone just taking a joy ride. We even talked about where that guy may put the boat off trailer at? Didn't see any trailers at landing. Your boats is actually pretty quiet but then you kind just went by. Wasn't like you were really standing on it.
