It is a merger of sorts between Trump media and Digital World Acquisition Company. A SPAC trading under three different ticker symbols DWAC, DWACU, DWACW. I suspect the difference among the symbols has to do with voting rights attached to the shares Mean As Nails

I can't recall ever seeing anything trade that fast. At 1254 eastern time it has traded 309 million shares.
