I think most aren't understanding what digi/phoneskoping actually is. I also don't think it's the fact people are pulling over and simply taking pics of deer that the OP is upset about.
Basically what it is, is an attachment that you attach to a spotting scope that allows you to either take pics with your phone or camera through the scope. These are high resolution photos that are taken at distances the normal cameras or phones can't reach.
I'll use this as an example: With my 750mm camera lens I can take a pic of my neighbors house that is over 1/3 of a mile away. I can see into his kitchen fairly easy. With a digiskope attachment not only can I see into his kitchen I can read the labels on his spice bottles and count the grains of salt he spilled on the stove.
So I can see why the OP is upset, especially if they are following him with the scope and watching what he is doing. The world just got creepier. That should be illegal.
Right now I’m having amnesia and déjà vu at the same time. I think I’ve forgotten this before.

So I can see why the OP is upset, especially if they are following him with the scope and watching what he is doing. We know exactly what digiscoping is, and these guys aren't looking into his kitchen or house. They're looking at publicly viewable wildlife. Unless he plants a wind break to screen the view, then there are no laws being broken here unless they block the road when they pull over. If they are on the shoulder of the road when parked, they've broken no laws. Not unless they set foot onto his property to actually go after said deer. The OP is getting his blood pressure up for no reason.

I think the key here is the OP had to wait 6 years to draw a tag and doesn't want anyone looking at his deer. People will get worked up about this kind of thing, and post every detail of their lives on social media for the whole world to see. Not saying the OP does that, but I've seen that as well. People like to look at deer, especially big bucks. The horn porn addiction is very real to a lot of folks.

The OP is getting his blood pressure up for no reason. I agree that it isn't illegal. Never said it was. I said I don't think he's upset by them viewing the wildlife. He's upset because they are scoping him while he is using his property.

Photobomb they're pics?? Or take they're picture while they're filming the deer on your property.
